Applications Software Developer

The Application Software Developer will update capabilities and maintain custom production applications. The candidate will design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software. The Applications Software Developer will participate in the software development lifecycle, requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, and support. The candidate shall have the following required skills:

  • Developing applications in Java, JavaScript
  • Experience using JavaScript frameworks

Systems Engineer/Architect

The Systems Engineer/Architect would be involved in conducting a comprehensive assessment of the current system architecture, standards, and future technology plans, and recommend emerging trends for both hardware and software infrastructure according to the research. The candidate shall have the following required skills:

  • Experience with systems architecture
  • Experience with IT security architecture with a strong understanding of the objectives, defining requirements and architectural principles of IT security
  • Developing architectural standards for applications developers
  • Formulation and execution of software engineering practices
  • Experience establishing system priorities
  • Developing and implementing plans that adhere to established. strategic business and system objectives
  • Experience designing a cloud-based architecture

The Project Manager will provide project and program management support for major enterprise initiatives. The candidate should have strong programmatic skills to manage project development, deployment, and integration activities. The candidate shall have the following required skills:

  • Experience with integration planning and interfacing with other functional systems
  • Developing a knowledge management system in a DevOps environment
  • Creating workflow and process maps
  • Capturing requirements using various methods
  • Defining and implementing strategic communications
  • Refining internal business processes
  • Refining business processes and architecture diagrams
  • Experience using data analytics tools such as Tableau, to compile, mine and analyze resource data

Cyber Security Engineer

The Cyber Security Engineer will be responsible for initiating and maintaining System Security Plans, IT procedures, and continuously monitoring and maintaining a consistent system security posture. Priorities will be determined and tracked by the Technical Project Manager. The candidate shall have the following required skills:

  • Performing system security scans and providing high level mitigation strategies to resolve security scan findings
  • Performing Risk Management Framework activities
  • Experience using the Linux operating system and command-line interface
  • Experience leading technical exchange meetings and documenting action items or results
  • Installing, managing, and operating continuous monitoring support solutions including development of metrics for reporting and auditing
  • Performing information security testing with commonly used tools, such as Nessus, AppDetective, or WebInspect.
  • Experience with security monitoring and audit analysis
